Shipping Policy

At Knotty Kinks, we know privacy matters. We work to get your order shipped quickly, discreetly, and without turning your mailbox into a public announcement.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

Processing times may vary during holidays, high-volume sales periods, or due to carrier/supplier delays. Orders are not typically processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Carriers

We currently ship using USPS.

Shipping Options & Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping options.

For orders under $59, Standard Shipping is available for $6.99.

For orders under $59, Priority Shipping is available for $10.99.

Orders of $59 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping.

Customers with orders of $59 or more may also choose to upgrade to Priority Shipping at checkout when available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other issues outside of our control may affect delivery.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging.

There will be nothing on the outside of the package that identifies the contents or displays the Knotty Kinks name. The shipping label will show ETC as the sender.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is typically provided within 1–2 business days after your order is processed.

Once your tracking number is available, you will receive it by email. Customers may use the tracking link to monitor delivery progress directly through the carrier.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and Military Addresses

Shipping availability to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and military addresses may depend on carrier and supplier restrictions.

If you need your order shipped to one of these address types, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately through live chat or at support@knottykinks.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun or the package has been handed to the carrier.

Knotty Kinks is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is handled by the carrier.

If your package appears delayed, please check your tracking information first. You may also contact the carrier directly for the most current delivery updates. If you still need help, contact us through live chat or at support@knottykinks.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Packages Marked Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please confirm the shipping address on your order was correct, check around your delivery area, mailbox, front desk, parcel locker, or with neighbors, and contact USPS for delivery details.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at support@knottykinks.com or through live chat.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier marks them as delivered, but we will do our best to help you work through the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost in transit or stolen after delivery, you should contact USPS first to open a claim or request more information.

After contacting the carrier, you may also reach out to us at support@knottykinks.com or through live chat. While we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for carrier-related issues, we will do our best to assist.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@knottykinks.com. Include your order number and details about the issue so we can review and assist.

Local Laws and Restrictions

Some products may be restricted in certain locations.

By placing an order, you agree that you are responsible for knowing and following all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of the products you order.

Knotty Kinks is not responsible for orders refused, delayed, seized, or otherwise affected due to local laws or restrictions.
