Return Policy
Returns, Replacements & Damaged Items Policy
Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for opened, used, or unwanted items for hygiene and safety reasons.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 30 days of order date at:
support@knottykinks.com
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging, if the item arrived damaged during shipping
Once we review your request, we may issue an RMA number and provide instructions on where to send the defective item if a return is required.
Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.
Replacements
Approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims may be eligible for a replacement of the same item.
Replacement requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a replacement.
Depending on the issue, we may require the item to be returned before a replacement is sent.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on intimate products, including but not limited to:
- Sex toys
- Lubricants
- Condoms
- Lingerie
- Bondage gear
- Personal care items
- Any opened, used, or handled intimate product
We also cannot accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Items purchased by mistake
- Items no longer wanted
- Items that do not meet personal preference after purchase
Order Issues
If your package is missing an item, contains the wrong item, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of order date so we can review the issue.
Refunds
Because we do not accept standard returns, refunds are not offered for opened, used, unwanted, or non-defective items.
If a refund is approved in a specific case, it will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
