Returns

 What is your return policy?

Due to health and safety regulations, all adult novelty sales are final. However, we will gladly exchange or replace any defective merchandise within the initial 30 day period from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of merchandise defects may be required. To start a return, you can contact us at support@knottykinks.com with your order number for proof of purchase.

Please note, you are responsible for all shipping and handling fees on returns. When your return is accepted, you will receive instructions via email on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we've issued your return, please contact us.

What if an item is defective or damaged?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

How do I cancel my order or change the address?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please not, once your order is processed in our warehouse we can't make any adjustments to the order.
